Returns Policy

At Lotus Zephyr we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order we offer returns on all products within 21 days of purchase.

Return Conditions: All products must be unused unopened and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 21 days of the purchase date. We do not accept returns on used or opened products for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Start a Return: To initiate a return please email us at hello@lzskincare.com with your order details. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
